Due Diligence

After an offer is accepted Hair Family Limited Partnership will perform Due Diligence to review all of the title associated with your minerals. Because we verify ownership in our initial evaluation our due diligence process typically takes no more than 10 business.

Closing

Once Hair Family Limited Partnership sign off on the title we are ready to close. Our goal is to make sure mineral owners feel comfortable with the closing process, so we are able to send a secure wire transfer, cashier’s check or utilize a bank draft.
